Profero was the first digital agency to become a full time member of the IPA. Wayne is vice chairman of the IPA's Digital Marketing Group and has led many IPA led initiatives. He is also on the IPA Council.

Profero has been a member of the IAB since 2001 and have been extremely active in working with the trade body -Daniele continues to be a project leader on creative showcase which he founded in 2003.
