You are responsible for maximising the quality and effectiveness of the agency's output by providing an in-depth understanding of our clients' brands, their target audiences, and the ways that they can connect. |

| | Our Media Planning and Buying team researches and understands consumers' relationship with, and behaviour on, all digital media channels. They apply this knowledge to provide effective, accountable media strategies and harness their relationship with digital media owners to execute those strategies as cost effectively as possible. |

| | reddot profero’s Creative team is responsible for the ‘creative ideas’ and the actual ‘creative work’ to come out of the agency – that’s all the design work, advertising and websites we actually produce for our clients. |

| | The Marketing Technology team, comprising web developers, programmers and administrators, is responsible for the development of client websites and bespoke marketing applications.
The IS team ensures our Information Systems are running smoothly and takes full responsibility for the Profero data-centres and web-serving architecture and work closely with the development team to deliver robust and secure solutions to the agency and our clients. |
